What you will do

• Develop hardware for new and updated products using PCB design tools like Altium or Siemens Xpedition.
• Translate customer and product requirements into detailed design specifications and perform simulations.
• Select components and materials while ensuring EMC/EMI performance and manufacturability (DFT/DFM).
• Create and maintain design documentation in accordance with the hirify.global Product Launch Program.
• Support project execution and production through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to product innovation and improvement through DFMEAs and service support.

Requirements

• BSc in Electrical or Embedded Systems Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive electronics development.
• Strong expertise in PCB design, schematics, and layout using tools like Altium or Siemens Xpedition.
• Solid background in analog and digital design, including simulation and EMC/EMI/ESD troubleshooting.
• Experience with embedded systems, vehicle communication interfaces (CAN), and wireless technologies.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, APQP, and PPAP.
