What you will do

• Design and build secure software for OT and embedded environments.
• Integrate security throughout the system and product lifecycle.
• Guide development teams in adopting secure software development practices.
• Collaborate with QA, security experts, and product owners.
• Develop secure software practices internally at hirify.global.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in secure software development and C/C++.
• Experience with OT protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, and CAN.
• Knowledge of device/firmware security, including secure boot and update mechanisms.
• Understanding of industrial security requirements regarding availability and safety.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IEC 62443 standards.
• Experience with embedded Linux and edge devices.
• Experience bridging OT and IT systems.
