What you will do
- Handle a variety of collections and client accounts receivable duties, including daily B2B collection calls.
- Investigate and analyze customer payment issues, maintain an accurate aging report, and execute necessary account adjustments.
- Communicate with business customers to resolve outstanding receivable balances and send aging details to customers.
- Record customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system and route escalated requests to the right team members.
- Support escalated inquiries from internal and external customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Prepare and maintain reports, participate in learning sessions, and contribute to process improvements and documentation.
Requirements
- 2 years of related accounts receivable experience (or equivalent education and experience).
- English: Fluent (required).
- Strong ability to resolve challenging customer situations and solid negotiation skills under difficult circumstances.
- Highly competent with Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Willingness to share information and coach others to improve performance.
