What you will do

• Own the end-to-end CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap for marketing sites and onboarding funnels.
• Formulate hypotheses based on analytics and user research to prioritize high-impact tests.
• Design, build, and launch A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
• Partner with design, engineering, and copy teams to ship high-quality variants.
• Analyze test results to document learnings and implement durable funnel improvements.
• Instrument funnel analytics to ensure measurable end-to-end conversion impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable revenue gains through a CRO program.
• Hands-on expertise with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Statsig) and web analytics (e.g., GA4, Amplitude).
• Strong front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of statistical significance and sample size requirements.
• Experience optimizing signup and onboarding funnels for self-serve or lead-gen motions.

Nice to have

• Experience with server-side testing or feature-flag-based experimentation.
• Background in marketing to technical audiences like developers or API users.
• Experience building experimentation infrastructure or collaborating with data/BI teams.
