Principal Decision Scientist (Marketing)

Location: Must be based in Ireland with the legal right to work without visa sponsorship. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin.

What you will do

• Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including geo-based and holdout incrementality testing.
• Evolve Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) capabilities to guide budget allocation for senior leadership.
• Develop sophisticated statistical models for LTV prediction, churn scoring, and audience segmentation.
• Architect and govern the marketing data layer using dbt and SQL to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives and translate complex findings into strategic narratives for executives.
• Act as a guide for marketing teams on integrating AI tools to augment analytical workflows.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Must possess the legal right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
• Proven hands-on experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and incrementality testing frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and production-quality code.
• Demonstrated experience architecting scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
• Deep expertise in acquisition and retention metrics within a high-growth SaaS or digital business.
