What you will do

• Lead AAA-level character production from modeling and texturing to in-engine implementation.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Animation, TA, and Design to ensure characters fit the game experience.
• Optimize character production pipelines and workflows for increased efficiency.
• Review work from internal team members and outsource artists, providing detailed feedback.
• Manage project schedules and task priorities to ensure high-standard deliverables.
• Define visual direction and establish quality bars for all character art (Principal level).

Requirements

• 5+ years experience for Senior / 8+ years for Principal in game development with at least 1 shipped title.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality photorealistic characters presented in-engine.
• Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
• Professional experience with Unreal or Unity game engines.
• Ability to work Pacific Time Zone (PST) business hours and meet in evenings for international collaboration.
• Strongly preferred fluency in both English and Korean.
