Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3–5 days per month on-site).

What you will do
- Analyze and process transactions within the HR system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for German employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain and create documentation for HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits of HR system data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate cases with team members to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support organizational changes and process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluent English and German (B2 minimum).
- Experience in case management and documentation tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a consumer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in an international, matrix organization.
- Must be able to work on-site in Krakow 3–5 times per month.
