What you will do

• Analyze and process workforce transactions within the HR system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee lifecycle processes for Italian staff.
• Create and maintain documentation and policies based on acquired knowledge.
• Ensure high-quality support and timeliness in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Track and allocate cases using a case management system.
• Conduct and analyze audits of HR system data to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Italian (B2 level or higher).
• Experience in tracking cases for documentation and work allocation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills for operating in an international matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
