What you will do

• Report daily and weekly KPIs that drive revenue and LTV
• Analyze live-operations performance to refine event, sales, and content strategies
• Deliver data-supported reports and recommendations to leads and publisher executives
• Collaborate with team leads to set and execute A/B testing plans using a hypothesis-driven approach
• Construct, test, and implement predictive models
• Create dashboards that clearly communicate product insights

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• 2+ years of Data Analyst experience in F2P games or comparable industry experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with data analysis programming languages, preferably Python or R
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Quantitative background in Math, Economics, or Computer Science
• Strong passion for gaming and love of brainteasers
