What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards supporting APAC project delivery and customer success.
• Build scalable data models, DAX calculations, and standardized metrics aligned to global frameworks.
• Consolidate and harmonize data from regional and global systems including P6, Salesforce, Unifier, and SAP.
• Track and visualize KPIs across project execution, including delivery health, utilization, margins, and quality.
• Provide regional performance insights and early-warning indicators to support proactive risk management.
• Partner with regional leaders to identify operational improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting roles.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong proficiency with Excel and multi-source data integration.
• Experience supporting project delivery, professional services, or customer success environments.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines, and able to work in-office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Construction and Energy sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL and/or cloud data platforms.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience in financial projects management.
