What you will do

• Design, implement, and monitor yield strategies to drive profitability and RevPAR index growth.
• Forecast competitive set performance and maintain financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
• Monitor market performance and pivot strategies to ensure portfolio success.
• Create and distribute weekly strategy notes detailing pickup, strategy impact, and risks.
• Collaborate with property partners and cross-functional teams including marketing and sales.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Must be available for overnight hours (Tuesday–Saturday) to align with U.S. time zones.
• Proven experience driving revenue within hospitality or airline organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue management and property management systems.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
