What you will do

• Build the new Insurance business line from the ground up, defining its strategy, service portfolio, and go-to-market approach.
• Win and deliver senior client mandates across the Swiss insurance sector, expanding into the DACH region and the UK.
• Develop advisory offerings at the intersection of insurance strategy and digital transformation in collaboration with technology delivery teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing consulting team based on a rigor-first culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients and take full commercial ownership of the practice, including P&L and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Extensive senior experience in the insurance industry, either within an insurer or a leading strategy/management consultancy.
• An active network of senior decision-makers in the insurance sector with existing or near-term client mandates.
• Proven entrepreneurial track record of building business practices, winning business, and developing talent.
• Fluent German and English proficiency.
• Deep roots in the Swiss insurance market.
• Principal or Partner-level seniority with the gravitas to operate as a peer to C-level executives.
