Location: Must be based in Cyprus (Position is fully remote within the country).

Salary: €4,700–€6,700 per month.

What you will do

• Lead the development of fast, scalable digital applications and conversion funnels.
• Own architectural decisions and set the technical direction for frontend development.
• Collaborate with backend, product, marketing, and UX teams to ensure seamless user journeys.
• Delegate tasks, mentor engineers, and support team growth.
• Continuously improve codebase quality, performance, and team productivity.
• Champion a culture of knowledge-sharing and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Proven ability to build high-quality user interfaces using Tailwind CSS.
• Experience designing and evolving frontend architecture for applications and marketing websites.
• Ability to lead by example and delegate effectively.
• Strong ownership of the full development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Must be based in Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Styled-components, Chakra UI, or SASS.
