What you will do

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable, reusable frontend components with clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers in an agile squad environment.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and security.
• Monitor and improve frontend health using Sentry and PostHog.
• Mentor developers and help define frontend standards and practices.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship (at least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa if applicable).
• Proven experience building production-ready frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Azure deployments.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and experience mentoring others.

Nice to have

• React Native experience.
• Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux or Zustand.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization and web vitals.
