What you will do

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance frontend systems aligned with product requirements.
• Handle high-frequency, real-time updates via WebSockets and event streams for live engagement features.
• Optimize complex component trees and implement advanced techniques like virtualization and state normalization.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirement gathering through to release.
• Use metrics and data to guide architectural decisions and ensure system reliability.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and drive improvements in team performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a focus on scalable system design and UI development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
• Experience with Figma and a pixel-perfect implementation mindset.
• Proven track record of building successful design systems or complex user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of React render lifecycle, memoization strategies, and concurrent rendering.
• Experience with performance profiling, debugging, and monorepo workflows (Turborepo).
• Experience debugging production applications at scale.
• Strong architectural ownership mindset.
