Senior Front End Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend libraries to support scalable application development.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Write and maintain automated tests using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Advanced or fluent Russian or Belarusian language skills.
• Ability to overlap East Coast hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Material UI, and Docker.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications and cloud environments.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM-powered features and third-party APIs.
