What you will do

• Analyze transaction flows and individual payments using Oracle SQL, Postman, and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business-critical payment services and monitor performance via Grafana.
• Investigate stuck or flagged transactions, perform root-cause analysis, and update statuses.
• Communicate directly with banks, PSPs, and processors to resolve integration and data issues.
• Coordinate and deploy releases, verifying system health and graphs post-deployment.
• Manage incident response and create detailed reports to drive resolution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid)
• English: Advanced (C1) proficiency for partner and internal communication
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Oracle preferred) and basic skills in any programming language.
• Experience with Grafana, Linux, network, or cloud administration.
• Direct experience communicating and negotiating with banks, PSPs, and processors.
• Availability to work shifted schedules (Saturday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Sunday, 09:00-17:00 CET)

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenSearch.
• Bachelor's degree.
