What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned entities, primarily in Spain.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and prepayments accurately and on time.
• Perform balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with international finance teams and internal stakeholders across Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience, including internships.
• Fluent English (C1) is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work in Barcelona / Sant Cugat del Vallès (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IFRS.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Exact.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
