Salary: $162,000–$202,000 (US base compensation).

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to iterate on incident response products.
• Document user needs, pain points, and design directions using visual communication and agentic tools.
• Plan and execute formative and evaluative research with customer advisory boards.
• Deliver pragmatic, cohesive, and scalable design solutions that balance business and user needs.
• Coach and mentor other designers while contributing to internal team initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Portfolio demonstrating design work for complex, data-rich dev tooling or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience designing for developers, SREs, or highly technical users.
• Ability to balance business goals, research insights, and technical constraints.
• Experience working in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strong proactive communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer or SRE tools for critical cloud infrastructure or security.
• Experience with cross-platform design including web, desktop, mobile, CLI, and API integrations.
• Understanding of incident response practices related to observability or database monitoring.
