Location: Must be based in the United States (Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, New York, Chicago, or Atlanta).

Compensation: $169,875–$319,050

What you will do

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice.
• Sell, shape, and deliver large-scale, multi-year AI programs, owning technical scope and commercial outcomes.
• Lead technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiator.
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums.
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performing AI engineering organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or AI engineering.
• Proven experience building and leading consulting capabilities.
• Deep technical credibility with C-suite and CTO-level buyers.
• Track record of sustained revenue growth and market leadership.
• Recognized authority in enterprise AI architecture and engineering.
