What you will do

• Create high-quality environment assets, props, and modular architecture.
• Set up assets in Unreal Engine, including scene placement and material adjustments.
• Optimize assets for real-time performance without compromising visual quality.
• Collaborate daily with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the game development industry in a similar role.
• Proficiency in modeling and texturing software (Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, and Substance Painter).
• Solid understanding of modular asset creation and PBR workflow.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.x, including asset import and material application.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques (normal maps, ambient occlusion).
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience with World Partition or Level Streaming.
• Deep understanding of technical constraints regarding memory and performance.
