What you will do

• Own design missions end-to-end, from scoping and building to monitoring adoption.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usage analysis to inform design decisions.
• Define and analyze metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of built features.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to shared design tooling and processes to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required for international team collaboration.
• Strong grounding in user-centered design principles and visual detail.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Lovable.
• Ability to start from user problems and turn fuzzy needs into measurable solutions.
• Business sense and curiosity regarding fashion and luxury brand challenges.
• Ability to work autonomously within a small pod structure.
