Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the Rijswijk (Netherlands) office at least 3 days per week.

is a Dutch semiconductor company developing ultra-efficient neuromorphic processors for AI at the edge, aiming to bring brain-inspired technology to billions of sensors.
What you will do
- Act as a finance business partner to Engineering and R&D teams.
- Identify, secure, and manage non-dilutive funding opportunities (WBSO, EIC Accelerator, Horizon Europe).
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and business cases for innovation projects.
- Perform budget versus actual analysis and provide actionable financial insights.
- Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and strategic decision-making.
- Act as a liaison for external financial and grant auditors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or strategic finance.
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into financial insights.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, or R&D teams.
- Must be able to work from the Rijswijk office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech industries.
- Knowledge of WBSO, RVO schemes, or EIC funding programs.
- Experience with NetSuite, Google Workspace, and Clockwise.
- Dutch language capability.
