What you will do

• Lead by example in building and running highly reliable, production-ready systems.
• Drive improvements in observability, alerting, incident management, and operational readiness.
• Coach and mentor engineers across teams to contribute to capability uplift.
• Lead design discussions considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Champion agile delivery practices and help the team improve predictability and flow.
• Share innovations, patterns, and best practices across the engineering community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven experience in building and improving production-ready solutions.
• Strong background in operational practices, incident management, and observability.
• Ability to contribute to architectural direction and mentor others in design.
• Experience championing secure coding and compliance at team and domain levels.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to all audiences.
