What you will do

• Design and stand up a technology operations operating model that acts as an enabling function rather than a gatekeeper.
• Modernize change management by reframing it as automated, peer-reviewed change enablement aligned with CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish proportionate, learning-oriented incident management processes including blameless post-incident reviews.
• Define and track operational health using DORA metrics, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Introduce lightweight service management disciplines such as service ownership and usable service catalogs.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health, change performance, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Strong ITIL 4 practitioner experience with relevant certification.
• Hands-on experience modernizing change and incident practices within DevOps or SRE environments.
• Practical familiarity with DORA metrics, SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and observability tooling.
• Experience building or centralizing IT vendor and supplier management.
• Proven track record of standing up or significantly reshaping a technology operations function.
• Strong stakeholder management skills within multi-entity or multi-market groups.

Nice to have

• Awareness of Team Topologies and platform engineering thinking.
• Experience with the build it, run it, fix it model.
