Senior Manager, Art Direction - Unpublished R&D; Product (Gaming)

Location: Singapore game team. Full relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Lead the creative output and art direction for the Singapore game team across the full production cycle.
• Translate the North American creative and product vision into clear artistic direction, thematic intent, and player-focused content.
• Oversee work from concept development through final in-game assets while maintaining craft quality and visual consistency.
• Collaborate with Riot North America, Singapore leadership, creative, art, product, and production partners to align feedback and support sustainable pipelines.
• Remove creative and operational blockers, manage cross-regional challenges, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor craft leads and foster experimentation, feedback, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep experience with game art production pipelines across multiple art disciplines.
• Proven experience in art direction and people management.
• Experience developing and maintaining an artistic vision through production and shipping.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
• Fluent English required for communicating creative direction and goals.

Nice to have

• Experience planning and maintaining production schedules with producers or development managers.
• Experience shipping stylized AAA content.
• Familiarity with outsourcing workflows and end-to-end pipelines.
• Experience with Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines.
• Mandarin or other regional language skills.
