What you will do
- Lead the Singapore game team's creative output, upholding artistic vision and craft standards.
- Oversee art direction from concept to final in-game assets for thematic consistency and player resonance.
- Partner with NA Creative and Product leadership to implement global quality standards.
- Manage cross-regional alignment and resolve production challenges between NA and Singapore.
- Mentor craft leads to foster creative excellence and leadership confidence.
- Cultivate an inclusive team culture encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Deep experience with game art production pipelines across multiple disciplines.
- Proven success in art direction and people management.
- Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English for clear communication of creative goals.
- Experience developing and shipping a cohesive artistic vision through production.
Nice to have
- Experience with production scheduling in partnership with development managers.
- Experience shipping stylized AAA content.
- Familiarity with outsourcing workflows and end-to-end pipelines.
- Proficiency in Unreal, Unity, or proprietary engines.
- Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin).
