Senior Art Director

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. Hybrid schedule with office attendance an average of four days per week.

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Concept, design, and execute campaigns for ambitious clients across digital, broadcast, social, and other channels.
• Generate fresh ideas for briefs, tactics, executions, presentations, and client conversations.
• Collaborate with creative partners, clients, strategy, account teams, and specialists across the global network.
• Own projects, client meetings, and productions while leading by example.
• Present creative work effectively and contribute to new business pitches.
• Build client relationships while expanding creative skills and experience.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating award-winning creative work and successfully launched omnichannel client projects.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads, rapid turnaround times, multiple tasks, and detailed projects.
• Strong computer, time management, and organizational skills.
• Current knowledge of social trends and technology, with the ability to apply relevant tools to briefs.
