Senior Art Director

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States; hybrid schedule with office attendance an average of four days a week

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Concept, design, and execute campaigns for ambitious clients.
• Develop fresh ideas for briefs, tactics, executions, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with creative partners, clients, strategy and account teams, and experts across the global network.
• Own projects, client meetings, and productions while leading by example.
• Capture audience attention across client presentations and campaign launches.
• Expand creative skills, elevate deliverables, and strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience in an advertising agency, in-house creative group, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating award-winning creative work and successfully launched omnichannel projects across digital, broadcast, social, and other channels.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads, rapid turnaround times, multiple tasks, and detailed project requirements.
• Strong computer, time management, and organizational skills, with a solid work ethic.
• Current awareness of social trends and technology, with the ability to apply them appropriately.
