What you will do

• Develop high-impact strategic solutions through analytical depth and stakeholder collaboration.
• Own and drive entire workstreams of strategic initiatives along short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Translate strategic thinking into actionable plans and lead the initial phases of implementation.
• Conduct independent data analysis to distill insights and recommend concrete next steps.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
• Enable constructive collaboration across product, technology, operations, and legal teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a strategic role within Tech, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to combine strategic design with hands-on execution.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Must be based in Amsterdam as no relocation assistance is provided.
