What you will do
- Lead project teams and deliver high-quality work from the Amsterdam office or at client sites.
- Drive business growth and improve revenue through the development of proposals and client materials.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the global network to facilitate cross-selling initiatives and share industry knowledge.
- Analyze financial services industry trends to strengthen the brand in the Dutch insurance market.
- Manage diverse projects covering business strategy, process reengineering, and regulatory risk transformation.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in management consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering change for top-tier insurance companies.
- Native proficiency in Dutch (mandatory) and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and a professional network within the Dutch insurance market.
- Strong academic background in business, mathematics, or economics.
- Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
