What you will do

• Analyze financial services industry trends to strengthen the hirify.global brand in the Dutch insurance market.
• Manage diverse projects covering business strategy, process reengineering, and regulatory risk transformation.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in management consulting.
• Proven track record of delivering change for top-tier insurance companies.
• Native proficiency in Dutch (mandatory) and excellent English communication skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and a professional network within the Dutch insurance market.
• Strong academic background in business, mathematics, or economics.
• Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
