What you will do

  • Lead teams to deliver project work for insurance clients from the Amsterdam office or client sites.
  • Drive growth and revenue improvement through business development and client relationship management.
  • Create high-quality proposals and client materials.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Collaborate with hirify.global's global network to implement cross-selling initiatives and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to the brand's presence in the Dutch insurance market via networking and publications.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in management consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering change for top-tier insurance companies.
  • Dutch: Native level (mandatory).
  • English: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong academic background in business, mathematics, or economics.
  • Strong existing network within the Dutch insurance market.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Knowledge of Insurtech and Fintech technologies.
  • Interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI topics.
