What you will do

• Lead and execute consulting missions for banking clients to ensure high quality of service.
• Drive commercial development and market share growth in Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Conduct prospection, write proposals, and manage client relationships from the Amsterdam office.
• Analyze banking market trends and create thought leadership materials such as case studies and press articles.
• Coach and steer consulting teams within the Banking & Insurance business line.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics from a first-class university.
• 5 to 10 years of consulting experience specifically in the banking sector.
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory).
• Proven track record in business development and managing consulting teams.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
• Must already have the right to work in the Netherlands as no work permit will be provided.
