What you will do

• Define and deliver strategic initiatives across marketing, corporate strategy, product, merchandising, pricing, and commerce.
• Design brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market models for leading retailers.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy and pricing optimization.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with direct exposure to C-level management.

Requirements

• Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail or consumer goods.
• Fluent in English AND either French or Dutch.
• Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic vision and operational detail.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of the retail/consumer goods ecosystem, including brands, channels, and consumer trends.
