TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (Linux/Cloud Infrastructure): Monitoring and maintaining production infrastructure, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting traffic delivery with an accent on Linux administration, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, databases, and observability. Focus on resolving infrastructure failures through runbooks, coordinating incident response, and optimizing DutyOps processes.
Location: Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland; remote or onsite work available

What you will do
- Monitor and maintain current infrastructure as part of the DutyOps team.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and failures using team runbooks.
- Monitor product traffic delivery through mirrors and restore service when failures occur.
- Coordinate with other teams during infrastructure incidents in SOS channels.
- Optimize the processes used to complete DutyOps tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Linux administration experience.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Linux CLI, Nginx, Git, and CI/CD principles.
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and NATS.
- Understanding of Terraform and Ansible, plus experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloudflare or another CDN.
- Ability to write simple Bash or Python scripts for routine automation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, responsibility, adaptability, and stress resistance.
