TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (Blockchain Infra): Building and operating highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure for blockchain services and distributed systems with an accent on Kubernetes, Terraform, multi-cloud platforms, and production reliability. Focus on automating infrastructure with Golang and Python, operating middleware and blockchain infrastructure, improving observability, and solving complex scalability and incident-response challenges.

Location: Remote, UAE, Dubai

What you will do

Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
Operate production Kubernetes clusters, including autoscaling and capacity planning with Karpenter.
Build Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and improve CI/CD and GitOps deployment pipelines.
Deploy and operate Kafka, Redis, NGINX, and other middleware platforms.
Automate operational tasks with Golang and Python while improving monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
Maintain platform reliability, security, scalability, and disaster recovery; troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes environments and using Karpenter for autoscaling and node lifecycle management.
Strong Terraform experience, Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
Experience with Kafka, Redis, NGINX, Git, GitOps workflows, CI/CD platforms, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
Strong scripting and programming skills in Golang or Python, plus strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

Experience operating blockchain infrastructure, blockchain nodes, RPC services, validators, indexing services, or distributed consensus systems.
Experience with Argo CD, Helm, Helmfile, Flux, Istio, or Linkerd.
Experience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployments, large-scale distributed systems, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking, secrets management, WAF, Vault, and KMS.
Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain infrastructure providers, or open-source projects.
