Senior IT Business Analyst (Data Migration)

What you will do

• Act as the Business Analyst for application migration and data migration projects.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Review data structures, databases, and application dependencies to support migration planning.
• Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, reporting, mapping, cleansing, and issue tracking using SQL and Excel.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and migration risks, coordinating resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Support UAT and other testing activities, including test preparation, scenario creation, defect tracking, and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Approximately 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with data-related application projects and migration initiatives.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data extraction, analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with databases, data migration, or application migration activities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
