What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process across product areas, shaping UX direction and a shared UX vision.
  • Design seamless user experiences across digital channels and make informed, strategic design decisions.
  • Create and maintain reusable components in a Figma library, supporting iteration and new design guidelines.
  • Design and oversee comprehensive usability testing using quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, advocating for UX across the business.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to weekly UX critique sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a UX role.
  • Expertise in prototyping tools such as Figma and XD.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology.
  • Accessibility expertise.
  • Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with at least 50% of working time per month spent in the office (including an initial full-time office period for new starters).
