What you will do

• Review existing merchant profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory, internal, and scheme standards.
• Evaluate merchant risk levels based on business type, transaction volume, and geographic location.
• Perform lookups in sanction lists and card scheme databases.
• Verify and maintain accurate records of KYC activities and compliance documentation.
• Identify process shortcomings and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

• Full working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with various computer systems and programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
