What you will do

• Assist in the training, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs using public and in-house datasets.
• Support the development and optimization of AI agents, including prompt engineering and memory modules.
• Design, implement, and manage data annotation pipelines and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to enhance model performance and scalability.
• Conduct experiments, perform data analysis, and document methodologies.
• Explore and test new tools and frameworks for LLM systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals.
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with global stakeholders.
• Familiarity with transformer models and LLMs.
• Basic knowledge of data annotation workflows and labeling tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PhD degree.
• Experience with fine-tuning methods like LoRA or QLoRA.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
