What you will do

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and demonstrate how AI tools can optimize processes and improve ROI.
• Provide hands-on coaching and enablement for individuals and teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• 2-4 years of experience in training, coaching, or L&D roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in GenAI tools, including image/video AI and automation frameworks.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in designing learning materials or e-learning platforms.
• Creative, adaptable, and up-to-date with emerging AI practices.
