What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain data transformations in dbt to power self-service analytics.
• Own the semantic layer by managing LookML and the Looker platform.
• Enforce data quality through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring.
• Drive data documentation and literacy for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize query performance and efficiency within the Snowflake data platform.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineer on modeling standards and pipeline reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on production experience with dbt.
• Experience owning a semantic layer, with LookML and Looker strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modeling and analytics engineering best practices.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• English proficiency required for collaboration in an international environment.
