What you will do

• Own the system-wide verification, validation, qualification, and acceptance strategy for autonomous C-UAS interceptor systems.
• Translate customer, mission, and safety requirements into verifiable system requirements.
• Plan and execute model-based verification, as well as Software-in-the-Loop (SITL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) test campaigns.
• Validate flight control, navigation, guidance, and autonomy functions under nominal and edge-case conditions.
• Conduct robustness, stress-testing, and fault-injection campaigns, assessing system behavior during failures or interference.
• Collaborate with internal development teams and military/governmental stakeholders to manage certification and system risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in V&V, Qualification, or Testing of complex systems in Aerospace, Defense, or UAV industries.
• Strong understanding of Requirements Engineering and system architectures.
• Practical experience with model-based development, simulations, SITL, and HITL.
• Knowledge of risk analysis, hazard assessment, and failure analysis methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
