Salary: $70,000–$82,000 CAD

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees, including recruitment, performance management, and organizational development.
• Manage union relationships and ensure compliance with collective agreements at the Burlington site.
• Oversee HRIS activities in Workday and UltiPro, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
• Administer benefits, RRSPs, and WSIB claims while supporting site safety initiatives.
• Lead onboarding processes and facilitate employee engagement activities to promote an inclusive culture.
• Coach leaders and employees on company policies and employment standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
• CHRP designation is required.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively within unionized environments.
• Proven experience with WSIB claim management and Canadian employment regulations.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Burlington, Ontario.
• Must successfully complete background checks and pre-employment testing.
