Senior AI Architect (GenAI)

Location: Munich, Germany. Willingness to travel to client sites across the DACH region is required.

What you will do

• Act as the lead technical advisor in presales, conducting discovery workshops and shaping technical narratives for proposals and RFPs.
• Design scalable end-to-end AI/GenAI architectures, covering data, model layers, integration, and security.
• Lead technical deep-dives, PoCs, and architecture reviews to establish client confidence.
• Oversee technical delivery on live projects, guiding engineering teams and resolving complex architectural bottlenecks.
• Personally build and prototype AI/ML/GenAI components to maintain hands-on technical credibility.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to internal AI capabilities, accelerators, and reusable IP.

Requirements

• Multiple years of hands-on experience in software/AI engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and MLOps.
• Experience leading presales conversations and winning client trust through workshops and solution shaping.
• Ability to communicate fluidly between C-level executives and engineering teams.
• Business-fluent proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich and travel within the DACH region.
