What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for operational workflows.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP, HRIS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Salesforce through APIs or database connections.
• Apply RAG, context injection, and prompt-chaining for knowledge-aware automation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI development, training, deployment, and model monitoring.
• Design data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing pipelines for training and inference.
• Collaborate with development teams and document models, pipelines, and prompts for auditability and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or automation.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker.
• Experience working with structured enterprise data and semi-structured data such as documents and logs.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
