What you will do

• Own end-to-end demand forecasting for Full Service, from early-season outlooks to real-time in-season adjustments.
• Build and maintain models that translate customer funnel signals into workable demand inputs for capacity planning.
• Develop interval-level, daily, and weekly forecasts to inform staffing decisions across internal and partner channels.
• Advance forecasting methodology by incorporating time-series models, regression, and ML techniques.
• Partner with Workforce Management, Finance, and Product teams to translate model outputs into operational levers.
• Write production-quality SQL and Python code to manage and analyze data within the company datalake.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analytics with a focus on forecasting or demand planning.
• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience deploying time-series or demand forecasting models in a production environment.
• Ability to communicate complex model outputs to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Must be based in San Diego, California
