Salary: $119,000 - $185,500

What you will do

• Lead complex, end-to-end investigations into potential sanctions violations (OFAC, UN, EU, CA, UK).
• Analyze high-risk transactions and customer profiles to identify suspicious activity and regulatory breaches.
• Synthesize large volumes of data from internal and external sources to create comprehensive case files.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure timely risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the enhancement of sanctions policies and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sanctions investigations or financial crime compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of global sanctions regimes, including OFAC, UN, EU, CA, and UK.
• Proven ability to manage significant caseloads and cross-company projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with financial crime compliance systems and sanctions screening tools.
• Must be based in one of the specified office locations (Mountain View, Atlanta, San Diego, or Washington, DC).
