What you will do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for AI security capabilities on the Pathfinder platform.
• Act as the internal SME for AI security, translating threat research from Phantom Labs into product decisions.
• Define and iterate requirements for securing AI agents, MCP servers, and agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Conduct market research with CISOs and security architects to refine roadmap priorities and perform competitive analysis.
• Coordinate AI-related product work across the hirify.global portfolio to ensure architectural consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering on launch plans and pre-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven product management experience in cybersecurity, identity security, or cloud security.
• Technical understanding of AI/ML systems, including LLM agents, MCP servers, tool-calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Working knowledge of identity security disciplines: PAM, IAM, secrets management, and NHI lifecycle management.
• Ability to synthesize complex security research, including CVEs and exploit chains, into product requirements.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, or OSCP.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity vendor's PM, threat research, or security engineering function.
• Familiarity with AI and security governance frameworks like NIST AI RMF or the EU AI Act.
