What you will do

• Design and support shared platform systems and tooling for reliable service operation.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to improve performance and scalability.
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and security through automation.
• Operate production systems, including on-call rotations and incident response.
• Evolve internal APIs, standards, and developer experience.
• Evaluate new technologies and implement AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

• Experience designing or operating shared platforms and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with production systems, reliability, and safe deployment practices.
• Strong commitment to code clarity and maintainability.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and translate broad needs into technical solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, Kafka, or Flink.
• Experience with AI tooling such as Cursor or Claude.
