What you will do

• Design and scale Kubernetes infrastructure for secure, multi-tenant, high-availability applications.
• Build and operate AI tooling infrastructure, including MCP servers and secure AI access guardrails.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Helm, and Argo CD to improve delivery speed and safety.
• Manage and optimize streaming and analytics infrastructure including Kafka, Flink, and ClickHouse.
• Define SLOs, alerts, and dashboards to improve system observability and reliability.
• Lead incident response and postmortems to drive durable system fixes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles.
• Significant production Kubernetes experience is required.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM tooling into operational workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, GitOps).
• Must be based in Canada as no immigration sponsorship is provided.

Nice to have

• Multi-region or multi-cluster Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with chaos engineering or resilience testing.
• Knowledge of LLM observability tools like Langsmith or Langfuse.
• Contributions to open-source Kubernetes or CI/CD projects.
